Lalitpur, July 17: Chair of the Federation of Contractors’ Association of Nepal (FCAN), Nikolas Pandey, has said introduction of a provision to control low bidding in Public Procurement Act with its second amendment was a positive step.
Speaking at a programme organized by the FCAN here Friday, chair Pandey argued that the new provision would regulate the contract provision. It further enhances the state capacity to regulate the project and manage cost expenditure, he added
