Kathmandu, July 11: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said national economy was improving of late.
In a social media post on Friday, PM Oli mentioned the revenue collection was upped by Rs 108 billion compared to the last fiscal year, indicating clear improvement in the national economy.
Till July 10 this fiscal year, Rs 1,097 billion was collected in revenue, he said, claiming, “Economy sees upward trend. In a year since formation of this government, the economy increased by Rs 400 billion, thereby reaching Rs 6,100 billion.”
Moreover, the PM reminded that capital spending is upped by Rs 36 billion since last fiscal year.
